« About Us
I was a design engineer for a playground company in Charlotte, NC. I worked for them for 12 years until my wife and I got a wild hair. Tired of the “rat race”, we quit our jobs, sold the house and moved to the beach (No we were not profiled on America’s Most Wanted). We wanted a slower pace.
I own a web design company on the North Carolina coast. We also create 3D architectural renderings and animations.
Our blog has all sorts of technology news and tips on Internet security. Plus, we review FREE and open-source software designed to make your life easier. To wrap it up, we have some SEO, Web Design and CAD stuff thrown in for good measure.
Hopefully, you will find something that is of benefit and subscribe to our feed or leave a comment

Be on the lookout for posts from our blog authors too:
Cris WeiZhi
Cris is a super smart student from Singapore and his schedule is packed. He competes in World Skills International AND he is enrolled in Asia Largest Vocational training school: The Institute of Technical Education (ITE College East) where he is specializing in computer networking.
As if that was not a full plate of activity, he also authors his own technology blog called NoteThis AND he helps children’s organizations each week!
Cris is really intelligent, loves learning and enjoys sharing what he knows with others. His posts are sure to be helpful and informative.
Nicholas Pruett
Nicholas is another great guy who writes for the blog. He lives in Montgomery Alabama where he is really busy managing a computer business handling networking, repairs and builds. In 2006, he got his IC3 and Fiber Optics certification and now he is pursuing his CCNA (Cisco) certification, so he is really working hard and he is still a teenager! Way to go, Nicholas.
In his spare time (haha) he runs the Techboggle blog. This is a great blog that helps its readers find some super technology deals and it is a great resource for technology news and reviews. Check it out and stay on the watch for some super posts from Nick.
We are a bunch of tech geeks, coders and designers.
