Amazon’s Next Gen Product: Amazon Kindle

If you are a book lover like me, but you really hate carrying books around, Amazon’s next generation product, Amazon Kindle might just be your next purchase for Christmas!

It has:Amazon Kindle

  • An electronic-paper display which provides a sharp, high-resolution screen
  • No Computer, no confusing cables and no syncing
  • Wireless connectivity for you to connect to Amazon’s Kindle store anyplace anywhere
  • Auto delivery of an electronic book after purchase within seconds
  • a weight which is lighter than a paperback, 10.3 ounces
  • a capacity to hold over 200 titles
  • a long battery life
  • capability to browse and check emails on Kindle Browser

But besides paying $400 for that product, there are still recurring fees to it. You would still have to pay for the electronic books to browse and read if any title catches your attention. Subscribing to a blog feed through Kindle service costs $2 monthly while reading newspapers through Kindle costs $15.

You can read more about Amazon Kindle here and there to find out what other reviewers are saying.
