DMOZ Editor Removed

If you have ever submitted a web site to dmoz, you probably know about the loooooong time it takes to start showing up (if ever). Well, here is a story about *cough* one dmoz editor that would move you to the front of the line for a mere $350 (conveniently payable by check or credit card via paypal).

You see, he would send an email to the submittor suggesting that they pay to have their site reviewed/listed ASAP. That is a no-no, mister.

Long story short, DMOZ removed him as an editor and, apparently, he was the last to hear. Check out his post:
