Deanhardt and Davis is one of Eastern North Carolina’s leading homebuilders and have more than 40 years of experience. One of their most recent creations was a beautiful, waterfront condominium project located in Swansboro, NC called Swann Harbour.
However, prior to completion, they wanted to begin advertising. In addition, an article about the project was already scheduled for publication in NC Boating Lifestyle magazine. But, since the project was not yet completed, they had nothing to show potential buyers and nothing to include with the magazine article.
