We knew that in order to be able to update the web site on their own, we needed to create a database to control the site content.  And, since a database was required, it was best to recreate the entire web site which would allow us to both update the look and to create a user-friendly site navigation all at the same time.

Additionally, starting from scratch would allow us to modify both the web site content and the code to aid in Search Engine rankings.

Their web site has been designed to carry on that tradition of client satisfaction.  For example, when they get a new listing, their real estate agents enter the property details right away through their custom Web Site Content Management System.

After that step, the web site takes over by displaying the uploaded pictures of the property, the property details and finally, automatically placing a locator point on their Custom Google Map that we created. The main benefit to this arrangement is that they are not dependent on a web design company to update their site when they get a new listing - they can do it on their own.

They are tremendously pleased with the look and feel of the new site.  They really like the fact that they can update it on their own because it shows their listing clients that they will move as quickly as possible to sell their house.
