Facebook Has a Big Week

facebook.jpgFirst, RIM announced “Facebook for Blackberry” which will give users instant access to Facebook, send them Facebook notifications, allow them to upload pictures, etc. T-Mobile is the first US carrier that will offer the service to its Blackberry customers.

Then, news that Microsoft had finally beaten Google at something when it paid $240 million for the exclusive rights to sell advertising outside the US on Facebook. This gives Microsoft a 1.6 percent stake in Facebook.

That adds up to a big week for Facebook. You can see my Facebook online profile here
