I posted back in June about Ward Farm, a new community offering office and retail space for lease and homesites for sale in Swansboro. This community is really going to be super (think Charleston, SC style architecture in a small-town setting) and we are really excited to be helping them market it.
As I said, the property is going to have office and retail space for lease plus fifty homesites and a thirty room inn. The subdivision layout will have two of the fifty building lots right on Hawkins Creek and many of the new homes will have water view.
