Mac users have been left out of the loop for too long. Now, let’s all welcome the the world of computer viruses. Now this Mac virus is pretty low on the radar because it does not carry any malicious payload. However, Symantec warns that the source code for the OSX.Macarena virus (so named by Symantec) is available to the public. That means that Mac users should expect more menacing viruses in the future. Once the source code becomes available, other virus writers create new variants and these will usually become more malicious with time.
