Washable Keyboard Available Now

March 2, 2007

In the quest for better hygiene, a US based company, Seal Shield, has created a washable keyboard. To them, its the very first washable keyboard. To the world, it could perhaps help prevent office flu virus and many other kinds of illness.

Harmful bacteria can survive as long as 24 hours on computer keyboards.

Dr. Gary A. Knoski, Northwestern Memorial

Perhaps with these keyboards around, the world could be a healthier place? The company also sells several other products that help fight against bacteria.

Maybe in the future, you might have washable laptops?

What do you think? 😀
