The Google evolution continues. The latest FREE software offering is called Docs and Spreadsheets. This software has been out for awhile now and we have put it too good use. Love it! We were planning on doing a formal review of this product (since we love broadcasting about free software) but several bloggers have beaten us to it and have done a very thorough job of breaking it down.

Google Docs is a great, web-based package that will allow users to create, edit and store office documents. Then, you simply login to your Google Docs account through any Internet accessible computer and POOF there are all of your precious documents. Real estate agents storing contracts, sales reps storing marketing materials, the possibilities are endless (although I would not recommend storing any “sensitive” documents).
If you are a small business looking for some free software or if you are an individual that wants to always be able to access your documents, this is the application for you.
